Citrus Exhibition
|
The Lija Local Council with the collaboration of Annibale Preca Primary School Lija will be having its annual Citrus Exhibition on Saturday 14th January between 9.30a.m. and 5.30p.m. This is sponsored by Foster Clark Products Ltd, Safari and Parisio Nurseries Lija.
The Exhibition will be held in the Primary School in Triq Robert Mifsud Bonnici opposite Speranza University Residence.
There will also be home made marmalades, sweets made with citrus fruit and juices as well as miniature citrus trees for sale.
At this exhibition there will be a selection of products from Pachino in Syracuse as well as a Harvest section where local wine, vegetables, olive oil and other produce will be on exhibition.
This year like last year we shall also have a Harvest section where we shall exhibit, wine, olives, olive oil, pumpkin, papaya, avocados all Lija grown. |
